Onegini has large customers such as Coolblue, Aegon, Univé, VGZ, Proximus, Van Lanschot Bank, Dutch Railways/NS and many more. We also enable software vendors, such as Infosys, Mendix, Intrasurance, in securing their platform.        

Making sure mobile apps and portals are user-friendly and secure is the challenge that many banks and insurance companies face. As a product company we offer them an end-to-end solution as well as high end (C)IAM consultancy services.        

Your expertise is required to help our customers to onboard their clients and give them a perfect customer journey which is secure, user friendly and customized.

Who are you?

You are an experienced expert in the field of customer journey and digital onboarding. You are tech-savvy but not per se technical and capable to deal with stakeholders at your customers and internally. 

You understand the needs of your customers and the possibilities that IT has to offer. You get energy from developing a qualitative product and get this up and running at our customer. 

You are interested in making the best possible product with relation to the following fields:

  • User authentication
  • User Onboarding
  • Multi factor authentication
  • User self-service

Your responsibilities

  • Create a Product Vision and roadmap based on the goals and requirements;
  • Clear communication towards the teams with regard to Epics, requested functionality and User Stories that have been included in the Backlog;
  • Align, collaborate and communicate with other product owners and stakeholders to ensure successful releases and alignment with organization goals;
  • Apply, promote and improve the Agile way of working by means of continuous working on improving the productivity & predictability of the teams and generating a solid burn down;
  • Responsible for the sprint-planning, reporting and accountability within the Product Board.

What do you bring to the table? 

  • Intellectual ability at university level - at least Bachelor's degree;
  • Experience in any of the Agile leadership roles like Scrum Master, Product Owner or other relevant positions;
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to enable close collaboration and alignment with management and other stakeholders;
  • Experience with onboarding User Identity;
  • Communications and collaborations skills to problem solve, make clear decisions, co-create and align;
  • Result driven and pragmatic, willing to go the extra mile;
  • Fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Knowledge and experience in Business Requirement engineering;
  • Experience with building software products / a SaaS solution is considered a plus;
  • Experience with (Consumer) Identity and Access Management is considered a plus;
  • Experience with legislation regarded identity and access management is considered a plus.

  • Is able to interact with both business level people (business analysts, project managers) and technical people (Architects, Engineers and DevOps);
  • Thrives under pressure;
  • Is an independent and flexible self-starter;
  • Loves to communicate, align and using soft skills to set borders and facilitate the teams;
  • Is fluent in English;
  • Has full proficiency of Dutch.
