You are an experienced Marketing Manager who wants to join the Marketing & Sales team, taking the lead to professionalize and scale our marketing activities in the DACH region. You will be fully responsible for our marketing activities across all stages of the customer life cycle in the DACH region. Our total universe is being targeted via a wide range of marketing activities, such as seminars, PR, thought leadership, analysts & events. Your initial core objective will be to execute marketing activities to drive the new business pipeline for our DACH sales team. You are experienced in all aspects of marketing and online marketing
You know how to develop, execute and evaluate a regional marketing plan in line with
You know how to translate the key global message to an appealing and relevant local message
You are experienced in demand generation. Whether it is (automated) email campaigns, webinars, SEO, SEA, content marketing, organizing events or leveraging PR partners, you know how to set priorities and execute
You know how to create a strong collaboration between the marketing team and the DACH sales team
You are used to
You like to challenge our Marketing team and with your input, we sharpen our positioning and leverage content marketing, webinars, internet marketing, emails
A person who works and thinks at a higher professional/academic level. A marketing degree is considered as a plus
Has excellent communication skills: You are fluent in German & English
Is located within the DACH region. The Munich region is considered as a plus
Has a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience. B2B & Software industry
Has former experience with Intrapreneurship or entrepreneurship. A self-starter who drives for results and knows how to set priorities
Has a healthy balance in can do vs can manage capabilities. Some responsibilities you will take in your own hands while others are being managed by leveraging the wisdom of third parties.
Is experienced in working in a regional & corporate marketing office structure.
Someone with a strong sense of analytics. Strong project management and organization skills, including budget and KPI monitoring with attention to detail
