The Sales Development Representative NL & BE is responsible for qualifying prospects via following up marketing-generated leads and outbound lead generation. You will support our core markets in Netherlands and Belgium and work together on the job with a Lead Sales Development Representative. This position has advancement potential within the marketing & sales organization, and the compensation package includes an uncapped commission structure.
On Onegini’s Sales Development team, you will learn everything you need to know about sales! It is a small and new team of 3 FTE with motivated, young and energetic colleagues who love to work hard, but also prioritize fun and a well-balanced culture. We will use playbooks, sequences and smart mailings to guide you in your daily activities. Of course, we also take the phone. 30 calls a day doesn’t make you nervous. Together we measure results and define best practices!
To nurture and follow up marketing-generated leads
To further enlarge our target account lists in our core markets and to reach out pro-actively
To maintain and enrich account data in our CRM
To provide (online) product demos, to find out potential need (BANT) and book introductory calls for Account Executives
To map prospective accounts around organizational structure, key decision-makers and existing technology
To effectively qualify leads and based on ‘readiness score’, transfer them to Account Executives
You like to challenge our commercial teams and with your input, we sharpen our positioning and continuously improve sales presentations and marketing collateral to turn prospects into promising leads.
Has a minimum of 2 years of work experience in a customer-facing role. Experience in Digital Transformation, Security, SaaS, IT, B2B is considered as a plus.
Has already experience with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Hubspot
Is digital savvy: you love to make yourself familiar with new technologies. Online engagement with your prospects is natural for you
Has a proven history of achievements and exceeding goals
Has a passion to understand people and solve their problems
Has excellent communication skills: You are fluent in Dutch & English and have a professional level in French
