Sales Executive

Onegini has large customers such as Coolblue, Aegon, Nationale Nederlanden, Univé, VGZ, Proximus, Van Lanschot Bank, Dutch Railways/NS, Erasmus and many more.

To join the team, we are looking for a Sales Executive. In this role you will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Who are you?

You enjoy and get energy from discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.

You can handle almost any task required to close large enterprise deals by yourself however you favor involving our team of experts. You are a professional collaborator with Marketing, Business Development and Professional Services.

You have a strong work ethic and tenacity. You feel a sense of accomplishment and an energy rush when you bring new customers through the full sales cycle. Innovating new ways to drive sales comes naturally to you. As such the Sales Executive has experience in the field of product sales.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Close new deals - add them to the customer base of Onegini;
  • Navigate complex organizations and enterprises in order to help our customers meet their goals and close the deals;
  • Qualify and hunt new prospects and partners
  • Enhance ideal customer profiles;
  • Help create new customer focused content;
  • Create value and build relationships with decision makers across multiple departments (Marketing, PS, R&D, Business Development);

Our ideal candidate:

  • Has a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in a dynamic environment as an International Sales Executive or the like, preferably within a SaaS scale-up;
  • Experience in or knowledge of the (C)IAM market;
  • Has a proven history of achievements and exceeding goals
  • Independent, driven self-starter aside from being an excellent team player;
  • Understands consultative selling
  • Has excellent communication skills: You are fluent in Dutch & English.
