Onegini is searching for a Senior Product Marketer to join the team and drive our unique selling proposition into market through differentiated messaging all while refining a deep understanding of our ideal buyer. You are the person who can go beyond point products to identify overall customer problems and how Onegini solves those problems across our product lines. You will create sales enablement tools such as product positioning, messaging and content that inspire potential customers in each stage of the buying process. You love to transform the most complex technical concepts in simple terms that make sense to customers of all technical and non-technical levels. To your responsibilities belong among others enabling the field, delivering security thought leadership and partnering with corporate marketing to target the right buyers and influencers. This is a key role that requires a balance of strategy with a strong roll-up your sleeves and get it done mentality.
You are a natural when it comes to working with internal teams such as Product Management, Sales & Business Development as well as to represent Onegini with prospects, customers, and partners on various platforms. This position will report to the VP of Marketing.
Develop, deliver and validate key messages that enable our go-to-market teams to execute relevant demand generation programs.
Define, establish and maintain value propositions with supporting materials and documentation including up-to-date decks, website collateral, data sheets, product brochures, and solutions content.
Analyze market dynamics and competitive landscape that affect our strategic direction, positioning and messaging
Take a leading role in building sales playbooks for regulated industries, partnering with Sales and Business Enablement to keep sales playbooks up to date and provide internal training
Be one of the public faces of Onegini for thought leadership at virtual events and demand gen activities such as webinars.
Excellent communication verbal, written and presentation skills: You are fluent in English. Speaking Dutch is considered as a nice to have.
7+ years of product marketing, solutions marketing, or experience with IT products in the public or private Sector.
A background in marketing enterprise software (B2B). Specific experience in IT security, CRM, Low-code, Identity and Access Management or other platform vendors is considered as a must.
Proven track record of marketing to a highly technical audience within large organizations. We’re looking for someone who can navigate technical security challenges and broader business pain points and align them to a solution.
Strong focus towards metrics and measuring success.
Must be able to take initiative, follow-up and drive cross-departmental actions in order to meet challenging deadlines.
